Question : i have been using sleeping pills to help me get to sleep, however when i use them they cause me to have weird dreams that i somehow try to act out. had a dream i fell into an ant bed and woke up standing beside my bed trying to brush off the ants. i have taken cereal to bed and woke up with cereal all over the bed..what sleeping pill cn i take that will not cause this /

I think you can use Seroquel low dose for sleep as it does not cause any significant side effects in the dose range of 25 to 50 mg per day.

I must acknowledge that it is an antipsychotic but quite helpful for restful sleep when other medicines are not tolerated.
