Question : Granddaughter swallowed some pool water a week ago. Yesterday she started with tummy ache and vomiting and still happening today. Is that related

Hello. I just read through your question.
It is extremely unlikely that the symptoms are related to swallowed pool water from a week ago. I would expect swallowed pool water to cause symptoms much sooner. This is more likely a stomach virus and will pass with time.
