See vomit and loose motions from 2/12/15 means , it's been 7 days he is suffering . This can lead to dehydration and in turn lead to other complications if not corrected soon .
First of all he needs to get admitted in a hospital and started on Intravenous fluids so that he doesn't go into dehydration.
Second he needs to get Stool Culture sensitivity test done which shall help in choosing the right antibiotic for his infection.
Follow these advise and don't waste time waiting for recovery to happen.

Give him more fluids and get stool test done.

See if he is vomitng then he may not be able to have fluids which may lead to dehydration. Also if he is vomiting the medicines may not stay in his stomach for some time and hence he may not get the full benifit of medicine.
However if there is improvement in his condition , if he is tolerating fluids and food then give me more of Fruit juice ( Avoid Citrus fruits ) .
But if loose motions is persisting it would be better to get the Stool Culture sensitivity test done.
Avoid oily food , non veg food , avoid curds and buttermilk.
