Brief Answer:
Omeprazole and domperidone, electrolyte powder

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
She need proper clinical examination.
Her symptoms are suggestive of Acute gastritis.
Has see had food outside?
I would her to take acid reducing agent with antiemetic like Omeprazole with Domperidone (omez D 1/2 hour before food) to prevent the stomach problem and vomiting.

It is advised to drink plenty of water and using electron powder to counter act any dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

With these measures, she should be fine.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
