Hi. Thanks for the query. Zofran is Ondansetron, a commonly used antiemetic drug in patients receiving chemotherapy. If you feel, he has vomited the tablet also it can be given again. Even otherwise, it is a very safe drug and can be given. If vomiting persists it is better to give an injection of ondansetron or metoclopramide. Another very effective drug is Apprepitant which can also be tried.
