Brief Answer:
gastritis?

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM,
Viral gastritis is the common cause for such sudden and intractable vomiting.
In this season infection (viral/bacterial) both are quite common.
Antiemetic like Ondensetron can be used to stop vomiting.
Tepid water sponging will help .
Oral sips of water / ORS can be used in night to prevent impending dehydration.
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks
