Brief Answer:
try ondansetron syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

If there is no fever now, do not worry.
It could be just a viral gastritis. I usually recommend ondansetron syrup 2ml thrice daily before feed. This will help in controlling vomiting.

Also give her ORS to drink along with home available liquids.

If she passes urine atleast 6 times daily, and if she is active, don't worry.
It will settle soon.

Regards
Dr Arun
