Brief Answer:
ORS and some antiemetic needs to be given.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

While vomiting, the child loses salt and water which needs to be replenished. Give your child ORS (oral rehydration solution). Preparing it by mixing a full XXXXXXX in a litre of water (or 200 ml is designated so) and give it sip by sip. Also give some antiemetic like ondansetron thrice daily 15 mins before foods till the vomiting settles, and then as required. Treatment might not reduce the frequency of vomiting but if the hydration is ok, there and the child is otherwise active and playful, you need not worry. But if the child becomes lethargic and passes less amount of urine, there would be reasons to get concerned. In that case, you would need to take the child to the emergency of a hospital without delay.

Hope that helps.
