Brief Answer:
You may give domperidone or ondansetrone
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reasons for such complaints in toddlers can be viral gastritis, food intolerance or indigestion. These episodes can be managed with symptomatic treatment and oral fluids to maintain hydration.
You may give Syp. Ondansetrone or Domperidone for vomiting episodes. Repeat the dose if he vomits the drug within half an hour. Give it thrice daily for next 2 days.
Visit your pediatrician if vomiting episodes doesn't improve with these drugs.
Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
