Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Tiredness And Diarrhea

Keep her well hydrated with regular meals and fluids
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Since protozoan infections are common cause for such episodes in teenage, I recommend my patients a course of Nitazoxanide (200 mg with food twice daily)for 3 days.
Also, if there is no mucous or blood in stools and no fever then anti motility drugs such as loperamide can be given for early recovery.
Consumption of solid food should be guided by appetite. Offer her small, light meals and avoid fatty, spicy, or heavy food. Continue with oral rehydration therapy such as lemonade, soups, buttermilk and ORS. This will reduce her weakness.
Continue Neutrolin B as well.
Hopefully this will help.
I would be happy to help you with any further questions.
Take care

Give her antacid
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since such episodes are associated with gastritis which leads to reduced appetite, you may start her an antacid such as Lansoprazole or ranitidine. This will improve her appetite.
Keep offering her foods and fluids as I suggested, she will definitely improve.
Take care
