Question : my sister suffering from Tb . last night she has many time vomiting why what to do

I have read through your query in detail.
TB is a chronic disease and requires long term treatment under supervision of specialist doctor. The medicines given are correct for treatment of TB but you have to give medications as per instructions and continuously follow up with your doctor.

The PANTOSEC-D is for acidity and prevention of vomiting. Please give this medicine on empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.

Other medicines R-CINEX, COMBUTOL and PYZINA are to be taken after food. Many times patients have vomiting because of taking these medicines on empty stomach. During TB treatment patient must be given healthy home cooked food and fruits. Please let me know since when your sister is taking TB treatment. Also it is important to know if there is possibility of stomach infection which is causing vomiting.

She should take adequate quantities of ORS and fluids now, a small quantity at a time. If vomiting is not stopping then please take her to your treating doctor immediately. They will have to review medications and rule out stomach infection.

She can take PANTOSEC-D at 5 o clock early in the morning.
The tablet R-CINEX is best taken empty stomach one hour before meals or 2 hours after meals.
COMBUTOL can cause stomach upset if taken on empty stomach. If this happens then please take after food.
PYZINA is better taken after food

How is her vomiting now? has it decreased and is she taking oral foods?

sir doctor said take only pentosec - d before meal two time a days and stop all other tablet for two days but my sister nt feel well now vomiting just after eating something and bechanni feel XXXXXXX rahi hai

Please make her sit in upright reclining position in bed. Make her drink ORS, fresh fruit juices, coconut water, small pieces of bread soaked in milk, boiled and smashed potatoes with salt, biscuits.

If she is vomiting then do not give her anything for 15 minutes and slowly start giving 2 -3 teaspoons of ORS. If her vomiting in snot getting controlled then she may need IV fluids like glucose.

Taking medicine PANTOSEC-D will stop the acid formation and vomiting. This has to be taken half an hour before food for best results.

For her bechaini, please make her sit on chair in fresh air in balcony or roof top for half an hour.

Promethazine given at bed time will also control vomiting.
