Question : I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING WARTS ON THE NECK AREA , IT IS REALLY A TROUBLE TO SHAVE AS THEY START GROWING, IT BLEEDS AND THEN THEY MULTIPLY SO FAST AND SPREAD ACROSS.

ALSO, I HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL LASER SITTINGS BUT IT REOCCURS .
I AM REALLY DEPRESSED IF I WOULD BE EVER ABLE TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM..KINDLY SUGGEST.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

Warts are viral infections, caused by Human Papilloma virus.
Facial warts are indeed troublesome, specially in males. The trauma of shaving favoring auto-innoculation of warts, thus new lesions may appear inspite of older ones being ablated with Laser.
Shaving causes minor/unnoticed trauma and thus provides an opportunity for virus to innoculate and form a wart.
You may use a clipper rather than closely shaving this area. This would prevent chances of auto-innoculation.
Treatment is ablation of existing warts with either Co 2 Laser or Radiofrequency cautery. The patients usually require multiple sittings as and when new lesions appear on face.

To summarize: Avoid shaving and use a clipper to prevent further spread and get the existing ones lasered.

I AM TENSED BECAUSE I HAVE NOTICED ONE OF THE KIND IN MY GENITAL SKIN NOT ON THE PENIS BUT A BIT NEAR TO ABDOMEN SKIN , BECAUSE IF IT REACHES GENITAL, I WONT BE ABLE TO TAKE THAT IN A NORMAL WAY, AND HAVE ALSO READ THAT THIS MAY CAUSE SOME CANCER IF SURVIVES FOR LONG....CAN U PLZ TELL ME THAT THIS IS A LIETIME PROBLEM OR SHALL GO AFTER SOME POINT IN TIME ,

I HAVE STOPPED SHAVING I TRIM ONLY, BUT STILL IT IS ACCUMULATING BUT AT A SLOW PACE COMPARATIVELY....ANY OTHER PRECAUTIONS OR AYURVEDA MEDICATION I COULD TAKE ..

Brief Answer:
You may add homeopathic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Genital Hpv is different from facial Hpv. In your case it is probably facial Hpv that has autoinnoculated on lower abdomen.
I don't think there is any increased risk for cancer from Hpv causing facial warts.
Warts are very much curable, however, they may take time because new ones may keep forming.
In addition to what you are already doing I suggest you to take an Oral thuja preparation as well as apply topical thuja. This combination is not my usual advice but in those who have extensive warts, it may have an added benefit.
I suggest you to visit a homeopath in your vicinity.

Regards
