Question : since many years im getting small warts in my neck. they are multiplying by time and i have noticed sometimes that some of them sre getting larger. sometimes one of them will make me feel some pain. what do you advice. i will attach some pictures

I understand your concern and situation.

The photos suggest that you are having warts. I suggest that you can get cryotherapy which is a feezing procedure and is the most common treatment you can get done by dermatologist. The repeat treatment may be required.There is no cure for the wart virus. This means that warts can return at the same site or appear in a new spot. Electrosurgery and curettage and excision can also be done. Laser treatment and chemical peels are an option for warts that have not responded to other therapies. So I advise that you must not try to pluck them yourself but go to a dermatologist and get treated.
