Brief Answer:
Dear- thanks for using our HCM

Detailed Answer:
I read your question and understand your concern. Genital warts are secondary to Human Papilloma virus. You had a successful treatment 50 years ago ,so you should not be concerned that you have it again , specially if you don't see a lesion .However, itching from the rectum could be secondary to an internal or external hemorrhoid. It is important to have a colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy to take a look of the area and sample of the discharge. At your age, the possibility of rectal or colon cancer is higher that in younger patients and the best way to make a diagnose is doing this procedure. You can try an hemorrhoid cream to see if you have an improvement of the itching.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
