Brief Answer:
Upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
Warts and dark spots are two different entities.
There are different treatments for both.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Either warts or dermatoses papulosa nigricans, get them removed

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
These seem to be either warts or dermatoses papulosa nigricans.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by radiofreqency ablation or electrocautery.
It is a minor office procedure which will take 20- 30 minutes.
