Brief Answer:
Yes, a wart/corn and a possible fungal infection on the skin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for using HCM to post your health query,

I saw carefully the pictures you uploaded on our system.

Yes, the small lesion looks like it is a wart/corn lesion, while the other part of the hill maybe needs some treatment too, because it looks like there is a fungal infection placed there too.

If I was your caring doctor, I would recommend:
-- Keep your feet as dry as possible.
-- When you shower and the skin is soft use a stone, a hard skin foot peeler or a cream that is used for that.
-- If not better or if worse, then it means it is a fungal infection. So using Ketoconazole 2%, or Miconazole 1% cream, for 2 weeks, applying locally twice/day, would help a lot. Meanwhile peeling the skin when its possible, the dead scaly skin, will make it look better.
-- For the wart/corn you may use salicilic acid patches or ointment, only in the wart area for as much time as needed. Scraping it very carefully, until the normal, non hard skin comes out, may help as well.

Hope this is helpful.
