Thanks for the images. A minor surgical process would be needed for the removal of these warts.

There is an indigenous process that may also be tried. You need to take a strand of hair (long) and encircle the base of the wart(s) multiple times and then fasten it tightly. This will strangle the wart cutting off its blood supply and eventually after a few days (may be a week or so) it would slough off.
