Question : Hello the more I cut it the smaller it gets but your correct it won't stop maybe a deeper cut will send it away

Wart should not be deeply cut. Cutting will spread it to surrounding areas.
I treat wart cases with topical 0.05 % tretinoin cream. This works slowly but gives a permanent cure.
You can try it.
