Question : I have water retension that wont go down by the water pills, can it be suctioned out?

No it can not be suctioned in any way. Water retention is usually caused by heart failure or kidneys failure. So if you do not want to have it worse, you should consult your doctor and have heart and kidneys diagnostic done. Please do not wait with it.
