Brief Answer:
Hydrogen peroxide and Liq/Solution Povidone Iodine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific and the picture.

Please give a few details:
Since when have you got these?
How many are there?
Did you consult your Doctor or a Dermatologist?
Any other treatment taken?

Seen the one which is present in the picture.
It clearly shows that there is a central slough, elevated margins at the healing edge with erythema (redness).

This and if such wounds are present elsewhere too can be treated as follows:
First of all clean the wound with hydrogen peroxide till the central slough is removed and then apply liquid povidone iodine locally to all the affected area.
Take multivitamins, helps in early and better recovery.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early and complete recovery, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication...
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
