Suggest Treatment For Wax In The Ears

Question : Dear Doctor

I have an impacted wax in my both ear. I consulted a local ENT and he suggested me to take soliwax and otriflax for 5 days .
Since on day 0 , he tried plucking some debris out of my ear, I felt a jolt of pain. It might be because I havent cleaned my ears for years.
But he suggested using suction pump to remove it after 5 days of medicine application.
I have two questions here :
Can use of suction pump affect my ear drum if incase wax is stuck to ear drum .
I'm bit scared right now
Also its the third day of applying drops and I already feel my ears full and uncomfortable. My hearing has gone down a bit as well owing to swelling up of wax inside. Shall I consider going on 4th day itself.Will it cause any issue ?

Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
use soliwax 4 to 5 times a day regularly for a week. This will soften the wax. Auctioning will not harm the drum unless it is directly injured. So get the ears cleaned. The hearing will also improve remarkably.
You can also get stringing done to clean the wax.
