                                    Brief Answer:
Most likely due to benign prostate hyperplasia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to benign prostate hyperplasia (benign prostate enlargement) which is usual in males over 50 years.
You can go for an ultrasound examination to rule out this. You can also do blood test for prostate specific antigen level in blood to confirm whether it is benign.
If you are getting obstruction while urination and frequency of urination at night therapy with drugs like tamsulosin and dutasteride will be helpful. These drugs will help to decrease the size of prostate.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
Explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for that. Thank you for asking again.
You can go for a urine routine to rule out infection. In case of infection you can get that and in such case antibiotic therapy will be helpful.
Other possibilities are cysyocele or uterocele which is protrusion of bladder or uterus. Examination by a gynecologist will be helpful to rule out that. Surgical manipulation might be needed in such case.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
