Question : My wife fells weak,barely open left eye,heart feels weak,left side face is tingling. She is 47 years old. Since this past Tuesday,she's had a cold,slight fever for two days but know it's gone. What should we do?

Hi.

Your wife is having difficulty to open the left eye, tingling on the same side of face, weakness, cold and fever which has gone. While reading the query the condition that came to my mind is herpes zoster oticus in which there is infection by herpes in the ear.

Please get a consultation of an ENT Surgeon for clinical examination and confirmation of the reason why the eye and face problem and proper treatment. If ENT is negative get examined by a Physician MD, get investigated and treated.

Start her on Multivitamins, she may need more than Theraflu.
