Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
At 61 kilograms, you can hardly be called a balloon !
Your BMI is 25.9, JUST above borderline.
You just need to lose 2 - 3 kg, which is very easy.
The thyroid issue could have led to weight gain.
Since you have started Thyronorm, that will be solved.
As of now, for weight loss, it is MUST to follow a healthy diet and exercise.
Start exercising for at least 5 days a week, involving 45 minutes of aerobic exercises.
Engage a personal trainer and get a diet chart from a Dietitian considering your cultural and personal tastes, exercise regimen and need for calories.
DO not worry, you can easily lose 2 - 3 kg in a month if you exercise regularly and eat sensibly.
Cut out all oil, sugar, salt, fried , processed and greasy food from your diet.
Eat lots of fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, drink lots of fluids.
All the best
