Brief Answer:
thyroxine will help both

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome toHCM forum.

Hypothyroidism can cause both infertility and weight gain.
Usually, these will be corrected its own in few months of starting thyroxine.
Stick to followup with your doctor. Check TSH regularly. We have to keep TSH in normal range.

If the problems persists even after correction of hypothyroidism, we have to look for other causes. Your doctor will guide you.
Meanwhile, have a diet rich in fruits and veges, reduce animal fat intake. Reduce high calorie foods like milk products (cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, chocolates, etc). You should also do regular moderate exercise for atleast half an hour per day.

Hope I have answered your query .
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
