I must give you a general answer since I do not know your sex, ht, wt., age or how you currently eat, how much you weigh and how much you want to weigh. Then we can set some realistic eating objectives.
With what you have told me, all I can say is eat exactly half of what you are eating now, take multivitamin drops and exercise 150 minutes per week at 60% of your target heart rate (220 - age) x .6 will give you your Target Heart Rate. Starting you out at 60% will burn more fat and I do not have to worry about cardiac status that I don't know about.
Drink green tea 3x per day to raise your metabolism.
