Suggest Treatment For Wet Cough With Back Pain

Question: My husband has a very bad case of cough. He had dry cough for the first 3-4 days, and now form the past 3 days he has wet cough. He does not have cold or fever now. Also, whenever he coughs his back is hurting a lot.
