Brief Answer:
You need to continue the Nevenac eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having a white bump on the eye. It is probably not next to retina but it can be next to cornea. (Retina is the inner layer of the eye and it is not visible from outside)

This can be because of inflammation of the sclera or episclera called as scleritis or episcleritis. The treatment is by the use of anti-inflammatory drugs. Nevenac is an anti-inflammatory drug and it will be helpful in treatment of this condition.
This drug is safe for use in first six months of pregnancy. Since you are in early pregnancy this can be used.
The eye drops needs to be used for 1-2 weeks, hence you can continue the same eye drop for another 1 week.

If possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you

This shows inflammatory problem of the eye in the form of episcleritis.
The treatment is by the use of anti-inflammatory drugs.
Nevenac is an anti-inflammatory drug and you need to continue the eye drops as advised by your doctor.
