Question : I have what i thought was a zit. It formed a white head i poped it. It had clear fluid in it. Has been there since. No zit like head present should i have a dermatologist look at it ?

It's Folliculitis, a superficial bacterial infection.
Just apply a topical antibacterial cream like mupirocine for 5 days you will get relief.
At present meeting a dermatologist is not necessary.
Don't pop it, else healing will be delayed.
