Brief Answer:
Manual extraction, Topical tretinoin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern about whiteheads.
Whiteheads are nothing but a early form of acne which forms occasionally due to blockage of sebaceous ducts.
The best treatment of whiteheads or closed comedones is manual extraction with a special instrument by a certified dermatologist.
Also, regular application of topical tretinoin 0.025 to 0.05% cream at night removes white/ blackheads and even prevents formation of new comedones.
Use a good cleansing lotion like Cetaphil OS to keep your skin oil- free and healthy.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and indulge into exercise and yoga for healthy skin.
Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
Let me know if you require any further assistance from my side.
Take care
