But in my opinion, the presentation is that of a corn on the base or sole of your foot, this usually occurs due to any of the following reasons:

+Poor or uncomfortable footwear
+Long distance use of footwear resulting in poor hygiene
+Sharing footwear from a person who has a corn
and a few others.

The approach towards treatment of a corn is the following:

+We need to take the pressure off from the corn and so in the market you get specially designed corn cushions, please do initiate using these at the earliest

+Wear loose comfortable footwear so as to prevent the development of corns

+Salicylic acid preparation also available at the pharmacist to be applied over the corn to help dissolve it over time
