Brief Answer:
NOthing much to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for a good photograph.
The white patch is leucoderma. Since the skin of the penis is very thin , very sensitive and different from the skin in other areas of the body, trying anything on an organ like this can lead to a irreparable complication so please do not try anything for this.

Another factor is bending on the left side : I think this must be coming on 0 the bending only on full erection.
This is called Peyronie's disease. If there is no problem with the sexual activity and pleasure, do nothing. The exact cause why someone only is affected is not known.
All the treatment is on an empirical basis. This includes multivitamins, Vitamin E or / and other anti-oxidants. Some Urologist prefer to give the treatment as per your symptoms, and may include oral steroids and other medicines as per His preference.

Hello Doc, Thanks for the detailed answer. But that bending makes my penis size small, which was 6+inches before, but now it is only between 5- 5.5 inches. What should I do to get my penis size back?

Brief Answer:
Size does not matter

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

The size of the penis can not be regained back at all.
But the better part is: if you have no problem in sexual function in spite of curvature continue with it.
We see so many patients with Peyronie's with no disability.
Please consult the Urologist as you will need a prescription based medicines, which will be different according to the stage of your problem, actual examination - palpation by he Urologist. As you are young, you have to be really careful about getting a proper treatment only by the Urologist. ( As per my observation- one starts taking and following advise of anyone you listen to). I hope you got my point.
So please find an Urologist who is well experienced in treating Peyronie's.
Please feel free to ask if you have further query.
