Question : I have been noticing small white pimple like bumps on my inner thigh. I have never had them before. They are painless. There was only one two weeks ago, now there are four. I also noticed a small bump-like pinkish-red appearance on the genital area.
What could they be?

You are having molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral infection which is transmitted sexually.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed as they have a tendency to increase in number as well as size.
