l have reviewed the attached photograph and you seem to be having milia.
These are minute epidermal cysts in the skin.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed.
It is a minor office procedure which will take 20-25 minutes.
There are no oral and topical medicines which are effective in the treatment of milia.
