Question : my 3 year old son woke up with a small white bump on had that looks like it has puss. i put a bandage because he kept picking at it

Hello. I just read through your question and looked at the pictures.
This doesn't appear too worrisome. It is a small bacterial infection of the skin. It can be easily treated with any over the counter antibiotic ointment applied 3 times per day for 7 days. However, it will never heal as long as he continues to pick at it. Make sure he stops and the bump will will resolve.
