Question : Hi,
Hi Doctor,

Good evening, On my Penis Foreskin I see cluster of pimples or white spots. I think they were there since a while but I didn't notice. I have suddenly noticed it today and I'm worried. I don't have any pimples on marks on penis but they exists on penis forskin(Tip of the skip which covers penis head), Can you please help me .

Fordyce spots; quite a normal thing in general population

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and i have understood it. I have also reviewed the image.

These are fordyce spots which are ectopic sebaceous glands. They are a normal anatomic variation and are quite a common finding in general population and thus can be simply ignored.

If desired for cosmetic purposes, you may get these removed with a CO 2 Laser. They can otherwise be left alone.
