Question : hello doctor i have small flat white spots on the head of my penis what could that possibly be?

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have looked at the attached images. I do not think that the white spots are a cause of worry. They are likely to be dry smegma which is basically a collection of dead skin cells mixed with the secretions. It is normal but needs to be washed off to prevent accumulation. Prolonged accumulation may be carcinogenic but you need not worry if it is periodically washed off properly.
