Brief Answer:
Seems to be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and white spots seem to be idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis.
It is a benign condition charactersised by depigmented spots on the arms and legs in middle age and elderly individuals.
It is harmless and can be left as such.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
