Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Base Of Penis
Question: Hello,
Sir my age is 24. There are small and hard dots on the base of my XXXXXXX Often white material come out on rubbing those dots. It is there since 10 years. Visited doctor who told me that it is harmless. If you want to remove it ,you have to go for surgery. What it is ?? Plzz help.. Thank u in regards!!

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have white dots ayt the base of the glans penis (Coronal sulcus ) are hyper granulation tissue formed in response to long standing chronic infection of glans penis (Ballanitis).
The white material that you notice is smegma which is dried secretion of mucus secreting glands located in glans penis.
There is nothing to be worried about it .

Ensure to maintain proper personal hygiene by washing your genitals with warm water twice daily.
You do not need any surgery for these bumps which are harmless and benign in nature .

Sir i have one more query. I am musterbating since long time and now i noticed that i ejaculate quickly and also penis gets erected and becomes normal quickly. Plzz help about this problem .. Does sperm count decreases due to this act??
