Question: I got some white spots on my penis skin and like small small pimples on my penis head bottom side. What type of disease it is?
What treatment to be taken to cure this one.
Please advice any medicines to cure this one.

Sometimes I am getting itching.

White spots on skin from past 3 to 4 months and these are increasing day by day I think.

Pimples on penis I identified one week back.

Is there any major problem.Please suggest me the treatment

Topical steroid and antihistaminic

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Fexofenadine 180 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

The disease won't spread to others.
It is not very serious.
You can take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily.
