Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
Systemic candida is rare unless you have some sort of immunidefficiency such as diabetes, under steroid therapy, AIDS, disorders of immune system, blood malignancies etc. In case of systemic candida treatment should be quick and you need full medical attention, intravenous antifungics such as amphithericin B.
So I still think this is more likely to be localized candida and in the beginnin it can be treated with local substances but if there is no improvement you must see specialist and start appropriate therapy. Wish you good health. Regards
