Question : I have been sexually active for the last 4 months with my partner. She has tested and is clean. I seem to have passive herpes infection. We dont use protection but we are only seeing each other and no multiple partners. Of late, i notice two very small pin-size white warts on the base of the head of my penis. They dont itch/ pain but when i touch they hurt. What should i do?

It's possible to get an infection.
It would be best to get examined by an Urologist.
You could send a photo of the lesion here, for an expert opinion.
Avoid intercourse till treatment is started.
Maintain good penile hygiene and avoid moisture over the lesions.
Wish you good recovery.
