Question : I have been sexually active for the last 4 months with my partner. She has tested and is clean. I seem to have passive herpes infection. We dont use protection but we are only seeing each other and no multiple partners. Of late, i notice two very small pin-size white warts on the base of the head of my penis. They dont itch/ pain but when i touch they hurt. What should i do?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

It's possible to get an infection.
It would be best to get examined by an Urologist.
You could send a photo of the lesion here, for an expert opinion.

Avoid intercourse till treatment is started.
Maintain good penile hygiene and avoid moisture over the lesions.

Brief Answer:
A venereal disease must be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Have gone through the photo.
You'll need to rule out a venereal disease.

You're advised to do the following tests :

1. blood routine,RBS,LFT,and platelets.
2. HIV,HbsAg and VDRL.

You can send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Keep a watch on the lesions, to see if there's any changes in size or number.
Avoid itching over them.

Wish you well.
