Question : i am withdrawing from oxycodone (>200mg/day). What advice and or meds can you give to make this process a little more tolerable?

many options but...

Detailed Answer:
they really need professional interventions.
1) tapering narcotics. This can be with oxycodone, but it is just better to use a different narcotic such as methadone or suboxone.
2) withdrawing but taking drugs to lower the symptoms:
for nausea, zofran
for diarrhea imodium
for sympathetic overstimulation, clonidine
these are basically only prescribed by doctors.
