Question: I fell on my nose a few weeks back and I got a cut very small one but it seems to click at the top and its still a bit sore

If there is no deformity externally and if you do not have any blockage, nothing more needs to be done.

The click may be suggestive of a fracture and a simple support by adhesive skin tapes can hasten the healing (if needed), as it is already a few weeks that have passed.
