Question : I have a large wound on them top of my right foot developed from Cellulitis which despite home nursing has increased in size and depth also as of Friday the 1th of December after nultra sound I was told that e veinave ed to the point of resistance to further tr eatment what next or is there next ?

you seem to have done some typing mistakes which resulted in an unclear question. Please clarify it!

Cephalexin is a good choice (not the first choice usually) for cellulitis. Since you've mentioned December 1st, I suppose that the infection should be over by now. If not then clinical examination is absolutely necessary to exclude some serious causes of persistent infection like pus collections and bone involvement. Both require different treatment.

I cannot understand the part about your veins. Please clarify it. If you've had a thrombotic event then anticoagulants would be required.
