Question : Hello doctor, I had got acne/wounds on my leg at multiple places. It is recovered. But the dark spot isn't going. Please suggest.

You seem to have developed post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to the wounds.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing combination of tretinoin, hydroquinone and mometasone on the black spots at night and take antioxidant like capsule antoxid HC or Exerge HC once daily at bedtime for 3-4 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

You can use either melalite XL cream or melapik cream or HHlite cream.
You can take either capsule Antoxid HC or capsule Exerge HC or oxidon plus capsule.
