Brief Answer:
Electrophysioloigist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Xerostomia and absence of perspiration do not have a therapeutic approach at this age. It could be age related degeneration of the glands. It most probably are irreversible. I just suggest to keep sipping water, chew a gum and avoid all decaffeinated drinks and stuff further dehydrates a person. Using a CPAP may also cause dryness of mouth. So check if you can do certain modifications to reduce the dryness. Your doctor can help you.

If you try to use medicines to get over these symptoms you may land in more side effects which you may want to avoid at this age. I am sure the quality of life would not be improved.

Instead I suggest you to consult a Electrophysiologist/Cardiologist to know what is happening to the heart which is more important organ.
