Brief Answer:
hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
This is common problem in people with phymosis since it is not easy to keep penis head hygiene and yeast and bacterial infections may develop. It is advisable to continue with molds steroid creams, try to gradually pull foreskin back each time more but don't force it. Also, you should include some antifungal creams such as nystatine or fluconasole. If nothing works then circumcision is the best option. Wish you good health. Regards
