Question: My daughter went to emergency room kast night... she had a c- section on the 14th. She had 101 fever and was diagnosed sfter a catscan with celluitis. They sent ger home on 300mg of clindomyocin. There is a tiny pit of yelliw discharge. What they did not do was tell her if she should cover or not cover the incusion or how to clean it. Should she use hydrogen peroxide on the area... any advice. She is breastfeeding. In the hospital the obgyn had her put on bactrim in her iv post-op

Hi, I've seen the image,

She should not cover the area.
Just clean it with an antiseptic lotion, and then apply Some antibacterial powder on it.
Something like neosporin.

No need for hydrogen peroxide.

Take care.

Avoid touching the area and avoid keeping it damp, moist.
