I suggest Oral and Topical antibacterials

Hello!! Welcome back.

Pus suggests that the area is infected.
You need to be Oral antibiotics. Oral antibiotics would help resolve the infection.
I would suggest either Flucloxacillin 500 mg Or Cephalexin 500 mg, thrice daily, for a week.
These are prescription antibiotics. Kindly contact your doctor for a prescription of these.
Topically you may use an OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
